What is executive coaching
Executive coaching has emerged as one of the most important approaches to talent development. It is the process of equipping executives with the tools, knowledge and opportunities they need to develop themselves and become more effective. A typical executive coaching process involves chemistry session, briefing & contracting session, information gathering, one-to-one coaching sessions as well as a debriefing session. The entire coaching process usually lasts approximately 9 months and it may be extended as new goals emerge.
